Over the past several years, I have gained extensive experience managing creative projects, coordinating workflows, and leading teams in fast-paced environments. I have a background in communication design, and recently got into the creative field of 3D art and game production.
I have developed strong skills in project planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. I enjoy bringing structure to creative processes, aligning teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and with high quality.
I am currently based in Salzburg, Austria, and I am always open to new professional challenges and opportunities to grow within international and innovative environments.
Mein Name ist Magdalena. Ich bin eine organisierte und motivierte Person. In den letzten Jahren habe ich umfangreiche Erfahrung im Management kreativer Projekte, der Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen und der Führung von Teams in dynamischen Umgebungen gesammelt. Ich habe einen Hintergrund im Kommunikationsdesign und bin seit Kurzem im kreativen Bereich der 3D-Kunst und Videospiele Produktion tätig.
Ich verfüge über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Projektplanung, Teamkommunikation und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit. Mir macht es Freude, kreative Prozesse zu strukturieren, Teams aufeinander abzustimmen und die effiziente Umsetzung von Projekten sicherzustellen.
